Guasacaca

Ingredients:

1 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup green bell peppers chopped
1/4 cup red bell peppers chopped
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tablespoons vinager
2-3 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoons black pepper
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 1/2 cup mashed avocado
1 1/2 cup chopped avocado
salt (to taste)

Combine first nine ingredients; then stir in mashed avocado. Finally add reserve d chopped avocado and salt and stir.

Refrigerate to serve.
