Torta de Jojoto (corn cake)

INGREDIENTS

1 can of sweet corn cream style
3 each eggs
4 ounce butter
1 oz flour
vanilla extract (to taste)
8 oz sugar
4 oz milk
sugar (to sprinkle over the cake)

METHOD

• Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
• Pour the mixture in a cake pan and place it in the oven at 350 F for on e hour.
• Sprinkle sugar over the cake
• Serve it hot or cold.
